This role and main Purpose of Job:
?Services is a business segment that supports the Customers Group, which provides critical on-site services at customer locations. This position will lead a team that provides order management support for all product lines which development, manufactures and markets . the battery, medications, synthesis, catalyst and bioreactor with applications in H.E.L group.
?This position is primarily passionate about the customer service as well as order and inventory management aspects of Managed Services
?Customer interface communication skills are required.
?Pending position placement, other activities may include the following customer service aspects of Managed Services: service order entry, service order expediting, customer service call resolution, FOC, processing of backorders.
?Report to General Manager of China directly
?Manage daily service management processes including sales support teamwork.
?Coordinating, and implementing all internal policy of H.E.L and EHS related matters in the organization

Key Responsibilities
?Manage routine service work and service plan.
?Cooperate with headquarter on SAP and sapre parts stock in China .
?Responsible for the full service process and keep the satisfaction of customers.
?Keep satisfcation of customer and promote systems installation and maintenance include the maintance contract and spare parts contract.
?Develop the after sales market and keep good relationship with customers.
?Communicate with the HQ in English which requires good written and oral English language skills
?Ability to work in an analytical and Chemical synthesis process environment; being focused, ability to structure complex request scenarios
Additional Responsibilities
?Education: bachelor or master in instrument,electricity ,biology/biotechnology, chemistry, food science or materials background
?Minimum of more than10 years of service engineer and manager experience in the analytical environment, Bioreactor business or battery related business.
