Soluble TMB ONE COMPONENT Substrates

TMB One Component ELISA Substrate develops a deep blue soluble product (Amax = 370nm and 652nm) when reacted with horseradish peroxidase labeled conjugates in ELISA that changes to yellow (Amax = 450nm) upon addition of a sulfuric or phosphoric acid stop solution.
TMB is the most popular chromogenic substrate for HRP detection in ELISA and is available in several formats. The EIAab TMB Substrates are one-component liquid solution substrates at a ready-to-use working dilution that require no preparation before use. Unlike other commercially available substrates, these products contain no DMF or DMSO.
It is not recommended for membrane or immunohistochemical staining assays, which require a precipitating reaction product.
Highlights:
- Available in traditional or ready-to-use formulations
- No additional reagents or filtering required
- Non carcinogenic
- No DMF or DMSO present in the reagents
