適用范圍：  本系列電阻爐系周期作業式，供實驗室、工礦企業、科研單位作元素分析，測定和一般小型鋼件做淬火、退火、回火等熱處理；高溫爐還可作金屬、陶瓷的燒結、熔融、分析等高溫加熱用。

Scope：

   This serial of resistance furnace is a periodically working one. which is used for element analysis and measurement by labor-atories. factories and mines and R&D institutes. and for common small-scale steels heat treatment such as quenching. annealing and tempering;the high temperature furnace is applied in high tempera-ture heating for metal. porcelain sintering. salvation and anal-ysis.etc.

結構特點：

      *本系列電阻爐爐殼選用優質冷軋鋼板經折疊，焊接制成，表面采用靜電噴塑處理，使設備耐用抗高溫。  

      *工作室是用耐火材料制成整體箱式爐膛、加熱元件采用內置式，爐膛與爐殼間用耐火保穩材料砌筑?？梢源嬉烟蕴腟RJX-型老產品。

      *爐門通過多級鉸鏈固定在電爐上，爐門的關閉時利用爐門的自重，通過杠桿作用將爐門緊貼于爐口。

      *爐口下裝有與爐門聯鎖的安全開關，當爐門開啟時電爐電源便自動切斷，確保安全。

      *1300℃ 電爐用硅碳棒加熱，1600℃ 電爐用硅鉬棒加熱。本產品是快速、節能、環保型產品。具有能耗低、升溫快優點。

     *本系列電阻爐需與KSW-型溫度控制器及鎳鉻--鎳硅熱電嘔配套使用，由此進行電溫度的測量、指示及自動控制。

      Construction  features：

      *The 0asing of this serial of resistance fumace is made up of excellent steel plates and soldered in hems.

      *The work room is made up with flame-proofing materials ufactred into buik encasing hearth with inlaid heaying elements.Between the headh and casing are the fire resistant and theemal insulation materials. which are able to substitute the old SRJX-serial products being replaced.

     *The door is fixed 0n the furnace through multistage hinges. which is closed by tightly sticking to the furnace mouth through using its tare weight.

     *Under the fumace mouth. there is safety switch interlocking with the fumace goor. which will automatically cut off the power supply when furace door opend to ensure safety.
