腔腸素（Coelenterazines）
Description/產品描述
Coelenterazines是來自Renilla 、Aequorea和其它海洋生物的螢光素酶，通常用作真核細胞表達分析的細胞現象的指示劑或報告蛋白。海腎螢光素酶經常被用作轉錄調控的報告子，而apoaequorin 經常被用作鈣指示劑。
可以應用于以下相關分析研究:
- 報告基因分析（Gene reporter assays，i.e., Luciferase）
- 全動物分析（Whole animal assays，i.e. In vivo imaging analysis）
- 生物化學分析（Biochemical assays, i.e., ELISA and Bioluminescence Resonance Energy Transfer [BRET]）
- 活細胞鈣離子檢測分析（Live-cell assays for the detection of calcium ions）
- 細胞/組織中活性氧分析（assays for reactive oxygen species[ROS]）
Coelenterazine（native）： Renilla和apoaequorin的發光底物。 分子式：C26H21N3O3。 分子量：423.5。
Coelenterazine-h：其發光強度比野生型腔腸素高10-20 倍，是檢測Ca2+濃度細微變化的有力工具。分子式：C26H21N3O2。分子量：407.5。
