鋁膠帶

鋁膠帶為厚0.06mm、寬50mm的鋁箔帶基上涂覆一層特殊的膠粘劑，每卷50米。它主要用于固定電熱帶和溫控器的感溫包，增大散熱面，提高傳熱效果。

The tape is aluminum sheet,with thickness 0.06mm and width 50mm and length 50m per roll,and with special adhesive gulue on base.It is mainly used for fixing electric heating cable and temperature sensor,to expanding heat conducting area and enhance heat transmitting effect.

耐熱膠帶

耐熱膠帶為厚 0.2mm 、寬 20mm 的玻璃纖維帶基上涂覆一層特殊的膠粘劑，每卷20米。電熱帶用鋁膠帶安裝后，沿管道徑向每隔0.6m用該膠帶再次固定牢。一般每個點(diǎn)應(yīng)纏繞4/3圈。

This adhesive tape is a kind of glass fiber with special adhesive,with thickness 0.2mm and width 20mm and length 20m per roll.After the electric heating cable is installed with aluminum adhesive tape,the tape is used radially along the pipe to fix cable tightly in every 0.6m interval.Every point shall be wound 4/3 circles.

管卡

管卡由不銹鋼帶和調(diào)節(jié)螺絲組成，用它將防爆接線盒或溫控器固定在管道上。安裝前，先按實(shí)際長度放長20mm后剪下鋼帶，再將調(diào)節(jié)螺絲放在鋼帶二頭的小孔內(nèi)，然后擰緊調(diào)節(jié)螺絲。

Pipe screw is consisted of stainless steel belt and adjusting bolt.It is used to fix explosion proof junction box or temperature controller to pipes.Before installing,cut steel belt according to actual length plus 20mm,then put the bolt in small holes and tighten the bolts.

警示標(biāo)志

警示標(biāo)志為 160mm x 100mm 的不干膠銘牌，貼于施工完后伴熱管線的易見部位作為通電示警，一般在管線二端及每隔50-100m貼一張。

Warning label is non-dry adhesive nameplate with size of 160mm x 100mm .It is put at visible places of heating pipe after construction has been finished.Generally it is put at the both ends of pipes,and in every interval 50 - 100M.

防爆膠泥

采用高分子聚合物、添加劑和穩(wěn)定劑配制成的膠泥狀物，用于鋼管或電纜配線工程防爆隔離密封。

Daub is made from polymer,additive and stablilizer.It is used for explosion proof sealing of steel tubes or cable ingress.

防水膠

該液態(tài)膠具有良好的高溫電氣絕緣性能、防水、防老化、耐酸堿和耐高低溫（-60 ～ 250℃），用于埋地管線接線盒內(nèi)腔的絕緣膠封。一般24小時后固化。

This liquid adhesive glue has good properties of high temperature electrical insulation,waterproof,anti-aging,acid and alkali withstanding and high & low temperature bearing （-60 ～ 250℃）.It is used for the insulation sealing of inner cavity of junction box underground.
