t-PA （tissue plasminogen activator） is a serine protease that hydrolyzates fibrinogen into fibrinolytic enzyme, which plays an important role in fibrinolytic system and maintenance of extracellular matrix homeostasis.t-PA can be high affinity to thrombus matrix and activate fibrinase at the site of thrombus to produce bioactive fibrinase, so as to hydrolyze fibrin， resulting in dissolving thrombus and recanalizing blood vessels without causing systemic activation of fibrinolysis and greatly reducing the risk of hemolysis.
