      非布司他適應癥及作用機理:非布司他主要成份為非布佐司他,其化學名為2-[(3-氰基-4-異丁氧基)苯基]-4-甲基-5-噻唑羧酸。為黃嘌呤氧化酶(XO)抑制劑,適用于具有痛風癥狀的高尿酸血癥的長期治療。非布佐司他是黃嘌呤氧化酶抑制劑,通過減少血清尿酸達到療效。本品在治療濃度下不會抑制嘌呤和嘧啶的合成及代謝過程中的其他酶。
