厭氧產(chǎn)氣袋(350ml)使用說明書

產(chǎn)品用途：

       配合密封袋使用，用于厭氧微生物的培養(yǎng)。本品可吸收容器中全部O₂，同時產(chǎn)生約21%的CO₂。

       每一個鋁塑包裝中含有一片紙袋（厭氧產(chǎn)氣袋）。

使用方法：

1．  將鋁塑包裝上側剪開，取出紙袋，紙袋不需要打開。

2．  立即將紙袋放入密封袋中，封口。接觸空氣后將即刻吸收O₂，產(chǎn)生CO₂。你不需要加水或使用催化劑。

3．  每袋AnaeroPouch^TM- Anaero 用于一只厭氧培養(yǎng)袋中，AnaeroPouch^TM- Anaero不能用于厭氧培養(yǎng)罐中。

4．  用完的發(fā)生袋可能會因為剩余反應而產(chǎn)生熱量，請等它們變冷以后再丟棄。且不要跟易燃物丟在一起。

5．  AnaeroPouch^TM- Anaero用于45℃以下培養(yǎng)使用。

儲藏方法：

密封，置陰涼干燥處保存。

保 存 期：

    在鋁塑袋的右下角印有批號及失效期，請在失效期之前使用。

            Operation manual of anaerobic air bag (350ml)

            Product use:  

          It can be used with sealed bag to c*te anaerobic microorganism. The product can absorb all the O2 in the container and produce about 21% CO2 at the same time.  

          Each aluminum plastic package contains a piece of paper bag (anaerobic air bag). 

           usage method: 

           1. Cut the upper side of the aluminum plastic package and take out the paper bag, which does not need to be opened.  

          2. Immediately put the paper bag into the sealed bag and seal it. It will absorb O2 and generate CO2 immediately after contacting with air. You don't need water or catalyst.                       3. Each bag of anaeropouchtm - anaero is used in an anaerobic culture bag, and anaeropouchtm - anaero cannot be used in an anaerobic culture tank.

          4. The used occurrence bags may generate heat due to the residual reaction. Please discard them after they become cold. And don't leave it with inflammables.

          5. Anaeropouchtm - anaero is used for culture under 45 ℃. 

           Storage method: 

           Seal and store in a cool and dry place. 

           Shelf life: 

           The batch number and expiration date are printed on the lower right corner of the aluminum plastic bag. Please use before the expiration date.
