● NUCLEOLAR-ID®綠色檢測試劑（A）和NUCLEOR-ID®紅色檢測試劑（B）的吸收和發射光譜
● 用NUCLEOLAR-ID®綠色檢測試劑染色的細胞在核仁內顯示出最大的熒光信號，在整個細胞核和細胞質中顯示出微弱的熒光（A）。當用低劑量放線菌素D處理細胞時，觀察到核仁染色丟失（B）。與較弱的細胞質染色相比，使用NUCLEOLAR-ID®紅色檢測試劑進行反染色有助于突出核仁。
