電子拉力機(jī)的檢定方法，主要分為兩種：

   *種：根據(jù)電子拉力機(jī)被檢區(qū)間的力值，選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)拉力試樣，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)拉力試樣的力值為該區(qū)間滿量程力值的60％～90％之間選擇，將拉力機(jī)試樣裝夾在電子拉力 試驗(yàn)機(jī)上，按GB/T228-2002標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的速度讓電子拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)拉力試樣進(jìn)行拉伸，當(dāng)指針稍有擺動(dòng)時(shí)立刻停止拉伸，即標(biāo)準(zhǔn)拉力試樣處于拉伸狀 態(tài)，此時(shí)在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)拉力試樣上裝上引伸計(jì)或貼上應(yīng)變片，按GB/T228-2002標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的速度繼續(xù)對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)拉力試樣進(jìn)行拉伸，引伸計(jì)或應(yīng)變片將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)拉力試樣 的伸長(zhǎng)量顯示出來，根據(jù)胡克定律，將伸長(zhǎng)量換算為拉力值，再與度盤上與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)拉力試樣相同的力值點(diǎn)進(jìn)行對(duì)比，根據(jù)比對(duì)值的差來確定電子拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)技術(shù)狀態(tài)及 精度，使得電子產(chǎn)品在設(shè)計(jì)研制階段對(duì)其固有可靠性有進(jìn)一步的提高。
