順磁性四氧化三鐵顆粒（USPIO/SPIO）造影劑，其作用機理是降低T1、T2弛豫時間，主要是用于磁共振成像的學應用，特別是對體內網狀內皮有特異性，能用于，淋巴，骨髓等器官的增顯影。
